    About Chris

    Portrait photo of Chris Brind

Hailing from England and now firmly embedded in the central belt of Scotland for nearly 20 years, I blend a rich tapestry of musical influences to create a sound reminiscent of the mid-90s—a nostalgic period many crave. My childhood was filled with the timeless tunes of The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, my teenage years were rocked by Iron Maiden and Metallica, and I was inspired by Daft Punk's electronic genius, while also having a deep appreciation for traditional and modern Anglo and Celtic folk. These diverse influences shape my distinctive sound.

Today, I focus on writing an average of one song a week, a therapeutic venture born from the solitude of the pandemic. With a diverse discography that includes political punk, pop rock with enticing female vocal melodies, and a 90s rock project, I strive to paint a broad canvas of sonic tales.

I am also excited to offer free music production services to upcoming singer-songwriters in the Falkirk area, aiming to give back to the music community and support new talent. I can take your pop, rock, R&B, funk or folk ideas and make them a reality while also helping you estalibish yourself as an artist on Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp and elsewhere. Drop me an email and let's start talking about your ideas!
